We're back at it and hard at work getting you your custom AGJ. Read below to see how we're making it happen.


Following strict reopening standards set forth by the city, we're so excited to share that we're able to return to the office (albeit in a limited capacity). We are working our way through our production queue to get you your AGJ asap.

Currently, we're estimating 5-7 weeks for any custom order. Need it quick? Browse our IN STOCK assortment for something you can get your hands on right away.

A few details to note:

  • Our small team is doing our very best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. However, we are operating at partial capacity to comply with the heightened safety precautions recommended by the CDC and CA state guidelines. As such we are only in the studio 2 days/wk and working remotely via email the rest of the week. Please note: this means we are only shipping orders out twice a week.
  • We are taking the following increased health and safety precautions in the studio: staggered work schedules, social distancing, wearing gloves + masks, sanitizing jewelry prior to shipment, as well as taking regular breaks for hand washing.
  • Due to limited office hours, email is our preferred method of contact (as opposed to telephone). We can be reached via email at concierge@arielgordonjewelry.com. If you’d like us to call you, please email us your request and we will reach out. During these uncertain times, we have extended our return window and will accept all eligible returns within 45 days. Please visit our portal for all return and repair requests. 
  • Please note: Due to our limited office hours, we are routing all incoming packages to our UPS broker for a weekly pick up. As such, please be patient as it may take up to a week from the date the package is delivered to our broker for us to process it.

ALL OF THAT IS TO SAY....this is clearly a complex moment in our collective history (and we aren't in the clear yet). There has been a lot of illness, loss, heartbreak, listening, and now hopefully growth. There is still more work to be done and we are so proud to see all the ways you've shown up. During these heavy times, we are grateful we can bring a bit of joy in the best way we know how—pretty jewels made with love. We couldn't be more appreciative of your patience and support and apologize for any delays. We are finding comfort in taking a step towards being *almost* back in the swing of things.
