As most of the jewelry is made to order, all orders are subject to availability. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order (not including shipping time). If you need your order in a rush, please contact us.
All US orders are shipped insured via UPS and require signature for delivery. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Charges are as follows:
$10.00 UPS Ground
$15.00 UPS 3-Day
$20.00 UPS 2-Day
$35.00 UPS Overnight
International orders are shipped insured via USPS priority international for $25. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
Return Policy:
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we will provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 5 days of receipt. Please email returns@arielgordonjewelry.com to receive an RA #. Returns shipped without an RA# will not be accepted. Items must be insured and in its original condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. All custom order and personalized pieces are final sale. Additionally, if an item is defective within the first 30 days of your purchase, we'll be happy to repair it at no cost, provided it has been subjected to normal wear and tear.
